If kayaking and moonlight dining are your thing, check out Rockwater Secret Cove Resort's two-night Moonlight Paddle on Halfmoon Bay, about 50 miles west of Vancouver. At sundown, guests head off in their kayaks for a remote beach, where they are wined and dined alfresco by Rockwater's chef. The package includes luxurious accommodations in a Tenthouse Suite. Package price is $429 (CDN) per person. Upcoming full-moon dates are May 1-2 and May 31-June 1.
