The scheduled Sunshine Coast Tours boat departs Egmont Marina (approx. 30 minutes from Rockwater Secret Cove Resort) at 10:30 am, returning at 4:30 pm.
Highlights of the Princess Louisa Inlet Tour include aspects of natural history and human occupation. Here was the summer home of the Sechelt Nation. Early white settlers came to fish and forest. During your travels you will have the opportunity to see large landscapes, waterfalls, native pictographs, glaciers, and early settlement areas. The boat operator will provide a commentary, developed to both entertain and inform you. Princess Louisa Inlet is a salt water inlet, well inland. It has gained world recognition for its natural beauty. It is accessed through a narrow, shallow channel where, depending on tidal conditions, fast currents can develop. Inside Princess Louisa Inlet we plan to stop for free time ashore at the Provincial Park, right beside the beautiful Chatterbox Falls. Princess Louisa Getaway Package Includes:
