Learn interesting history which includes the natural ecology and First Nations pictographs (cliff paintings). Sakinaw Lake is the warmest lake in BC with an average summer temperature of 80 degrees, so bring your swim suit. (Snack Packs provided by Rockwater)

| Dear Karen, It is a challenge to put into simple statements the aura of your resort. The executive staff should be commended on the genuinely sincere and upbeat service demonstrated by all of the staff that we encountered. The kayak staff, though a different company, reflects that same quality of service. Bob and I get a lot of massages as we travel and we both totally enjoyed our therapists, Laurel and Cheryl. And of course at the top of the list is you...had we not talked to you on the phone we wouldn't have made a decision to come to Rockwater. Our trip back to Victoria via float plane was great. We flew over Active Pass and Mayne Island, and the pilot spotted a pod of Orca, so he actually turned around and flew over them again so all five passengers could get another look. We thought it was a very fitting finish to our trip! |
