Medium to firm — more than a massage, this treatment integrates the well being of your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual self. Rejuvenation Royal:
This customized deep tissue massage is designed to take care of accumulated aches and pains caused by the pressures of today's living. Thai Massage:
This practice originated in India over 2000 years ago and was brought to Thailand where it was practiced as a sacred temple therapy.As a form of assisted-yoga, Thai Yoga Massage incorporates rhythmic motion, palming and thumbing along energy lines, gentle stretching and breathe-work. The practitioner uses hands, feet, arms and legs to gently guide the recipient into various yoga postures.
The actions of the practitioner result in the stretching and toning of muscles, relieving muscular tension while improving circulation — hence expediting one's metabolism and boosting the immune system.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to give the masseuse a chance to orientate you. Wear non-constricting workout gear: tanks or a t-shirt (not too baggy) and shorts in summer. Towel and mat supplied.
