Just a short walk from the main lodge, the contemporary Rockwater Resort House is ideal for larger groups or families visiting the Sunshine Coast. This elegant accommodation features 3 bedrooms on the main floor, with an additional 1-bedroom suite on the lower floor.
The main floor includes a master bedroom with a king-sized bed and a spacious bathroom, plus two additional guest rooms with queen-sized beds that share a luxurious bathroom. The house also offers a comfortable living room, a full kitchen and dining area, laundry facilities, and a private deck with stunning ocean views—perfect for both relaxation and entertaining.
The lower floor features a private patio suite with a king-sized bed, a generous bathroom with a rainfall shower, and its own private patio, offering a modern European-style retreat.
RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY
- Rates are based on double occupancy (up to two adults).
- Additional guests (19 years and older) may be added at $35 per person, per night.
- Furry friends are welcome! A pet fee of $35 per pet, per night will apply.
- Our cancellation policy allows you to cancel your reservation up to seven days prior to arrival.
- Reservations cancelled within seven days will be subject to a one-night charge.
- To preserve the tranquility of our resort, we ask guests to observe quiet hours between 11pm & 7am.
- All accommodations are non-smoking. We appreciate your cooperation in protecting our natural environment!
