Policies
Rental Eligibility
Renters must be at least 18 years old. Minors (14+) must be accompanied by an adult. Valid identification and signed rental agreement are required.
Safety Requirements
Renters must wear a life jacket at all times while on the water.
Renters should have basic swimming skills and kayaking knowledge.
A short safety briefing will be provided before each rental period.
Equipment Care
Kayaks may be rented on an hourly basis, and must be returned by the agreed-upon time. Renters are responsible for the care and condition of the kayak and all provided equipment. Any damage or loss of equipment will be charged to the renter.
Weather and Cancellations
Rentals may be canceled or rescheduled due to adverse weather conditions for safety reasons. All other cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
Environmental Responsibility
Renters must respect the natural environment and wildlife. No littering or disturbing marine life is permitted.
Reservation and Payment
Reservations can be made online, by phone, or at the resort. Payment is required at the time of booking.
Liability
Rockwater Secret Cove Resort is not liable for any personal injuries, loss, or damage of personal belongings during the rental period. Renters must sign a liability waiver before commencing their rental.
